Lloyds Banking Group launches scheme to boost SME funding and spur regional economic growth
Lloyds Banking Group has launched its 'Assisted Asset Purchase Scheme' supported by the Government's Regional Growth Fund. The scheme will provide grants worth a total of £25 million from the Government, in addition to lending from the Group for businesses looking to buy assets that will create or protect jobs. Businesses across eligible sectors and English regions outside London will be able to apply for funding.
